Stop the building-fix the infrastructure

Outdated infrastructure paired with climate change and the increasing of impervious surfaces has had detrimental effects on the Englewood community at large.  As the city begins the process of working with local, state, and federal agencies they must put a moratorium on the following

-new multi-unit developments

-any projects that increase impervious surfaces

-any projects in flood prone areas

 

We can not continue adding additional stress to the existing infrastructure which is already failing.  Examples of the failing infrastructure including massive flooding, sink holes, extensive property damage to personal property, extensive damage to businesses,, and mental stress.
