My family has had significant issues with the care my children has received at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. The last episode we had with my oldest was the last time we will ever have our children at that hospital. My child got quicker, better, more effective care at AHN Wexford in one trip than she did in three trips to Children’s. At some point things have to give. There is no way we are the only family experiencing problems at this facility. I have taken my daughters all the way to Philadelphia for care because the doctors in Pittsburgh made their condition worse. We need to have a better option for our children in this region.
