Postpartum depression/anxiety is something that women struggle with every single day, everywhere. Many struggle in silence because they do not want to be put on antidepressants. We need to show these mamas more support. More options. Mother’s shouldn’t be shamed for taking care of their mental health in ways that work for them. They should be supported and encouraged to do what feels right for them. Let’s normalize medical marijuana prescriptions for women struggling with postpartum. Let’s support these mother’s.
