Central Hudson’s rates have doubled and more in recent months. Threats of service turn-off have even arisen. While other providers, areas, and states are not experiencing such price hikes - even for those on budget plans - we have seen prices sky-rocket beyond the means of most households.

Unlike other commodities and goods, there is no option or choice but to pay or be without energy. This is an unjust and dangerous situation for public welfare.
